Week 1 โ New Year Games Night Clay Art (7th Jan) ๐ฎ
Children will design and build their own 3D clay game board artwork, inspired by classic arcade and board games. A brilliant session for fine motor skills, imagination, and problem-solving.
Week 2 โ Winter Character Collage Canvas (14th Jan) โ๏ธ
A fun mixed-media winter portrait using paint and curled paper to create playful 3D hair, scarves, and snowy details. Children will paint their character backgrounds, then layer on textured elements to bring their winter characters to life. A fantastic project for confidence, design, and creativity.
Week 3 โ Woodland Fox Winter Painting (21st Jan) ๐ฆ
Children will paint a beautiful winter fox scene on canvas, learning how to blend snowy backgrounds, layer warm and cool colours, and add expressive fur texture and details. This session builds brush control, observation skills, and pride in a finished canvas artwork. We will also paint our clay from week 1.
Week 4 โ Kindness Bear Cardboard Sculpture (28th Jan) โค๏ธ
To finish the term, children will create a 3D cardboard bear holding a heart, focusing on recycling, kindness, and creativity. Theyโll paint, cut, layer, and assemble their bears, adding textures and snowy details.
