Get ready for six magical weeks of Christmas creativity at Art Studio 23!
Our Christmas After School Art Club is the perfect way for little artists aged 4–9 to explore their imagination, learn new skills and create beautiful handmade Christmas treasures.
From painting ceramic baubles and creating colourful Christmas tree canvases to making gingerbread decorations and magical snow globes, every week brings a brand-new creative adventure!
Whether your child loves painting, drawing or getting messy with crafts, there's something for everyone.
🎨 Our 6-Week Christmas Programme
🎄 Week 1 – Wednesday 11th November
Gingerbread Christmas Decorations
We'll paint and decorate adorable salt dough Christmas ornaments, including gingerbread people, stars and festive shapes. Children will add colourful details, icing-style patterns and ribbon, ready to hang on the Christmas tree!
✨ Week 2 – Wednesday 18th November
Ceramic Christmas Bauble Painting
Create a beautiful keepsake for the Christmas tree! Children will paint their own ceramic bauble using colourful ceramic glazes and festive designs. Each bauble will be kiln-fired and ready for collection before Christmas.
🐻❄️ Week 3 – Wednesday 25th November
Bear in the Winter Woods Painting
Time to pick up our paintbrushes! We'll guide our little artists step by step through a magical winter painting featuring a friendly polar bear, snowy evergreen trees and a sparkling night sky.
🎄 Week 4 – Wednesday 2nd December
Textured Christmas Tree Canvas
Let's get creative with colour and texture! Children will paint, cut and layer colourful papers to create their own beautiful 3D Christmas tree artwork on canvas, finished with a golden star.
💌 Week 5 – Wednesday 9th December
Handmade Christmas Cards
Create something extra special for family and friends! We'll use painting, collage, fluffy pom-poms and festive embellishments to design adorable handmade Christmas cards.
❄️ Week 6 – Wednesday 16th December
Magical Christmas Snow Globes
For our festive finale, we'll create magical winter wonderlands inside handmade paper-plate snow globes! Think snowmen, penguins, Christmas trees, sparkling snow and lots of imagination.
